Landmark Square was a very complicated selective-structural demolition project.
We removed a 10,000 sq. ft. cast-in place concrete floor together with supporting beams and columns between two floors that were to remain. There were other structural modifications which involved saw cutting, coring, and shoring to remove mezzanines, skating rink and staircases.
