Former Boulevard Sewage Treatment Plant,
New Haven, CT
This project included the demolition and remediation of the former waste water treatment plant which consisted of several structures including the main treatment building, settling tanks, three digester tanks and the main digester building.
Decontamination, asbestos, lead and remediation of PCB bulk product waste and scarification of PCB contaminated concrete was performed. We successfully worked within environmental monitors while maintaining existing coffer dams along a shoreline with sensitive habitat.
