The site was a former trolley maintenance shop and bus repair facility prior to having a school built on the site in 1960's.
Prior to demolition we also removed underground storage tanks, lead and asbestos, and PCB transformers.
Stamford Wrecking Co. then demolished the existing school and then removed approximately 25,000 cubic yards of contaminated soil, slag and ash.
