State Mental Hospital,

This project included the demolition and remediation of 39 structures of varied sizes and constructions that were in advanced stages of deterioration.
The project also included remediation of asbestos including an unusual asbestos paint, hazardous materials, underground tanks, and an above ground 750,000 gallon water tower, together with a very large site restoration component. We removed 5,000 cubic yards of asbestos contaminated soils and vegetation.
