Quinnipiac Terrace Housing Project, Ecco Phase, Phase 1 and Phase 2

Stamford Wrecking participated in this highly successful three phase public housing redevelopment project.
This substantial project included the asbestos abatement and demolition of 29 multi-family residential buildings and the main boiler house on a 20 acre site.
Our work also included tasks related to improvement and existing utilities, removal of 7200 tons of oil contaminated soil, 2500 tons ash contaminated soil, the removal of two oil filled 10,000 gallon underground storage tanks and the abatement of underground asbestos covered steam lines.
