The first phase consisted of the interior selective demolition and the abatement of contaminated removal of 600 tons of asbestos containing fireproofing, contaminated sheetrock, tile, mastic, and thermal insulation.
The second phase included the surgical removal of the rear two story portion of the otherwise nine story architecturally significant building, leaving structurally intact its unique tower.
