Mass Demolition - Emergency
Stamford Antiques Center, Former Yale Towne Factory,

This former factory had been converted into a retail space for multiple antique vendors. After the emergency but prior to demolition, Stamford Wrecking was involved in the recovery of antiques items that could be salvaged per the request of the owners and their insurance companies involved. As the abatement had not been performed, this project became a joint demolition and remediation project. All debris was removed as hazardous materials.
